Gentle exercise. No need to book, just turn up.
A non-religious group supporting local people who have lost a loved one, no matter how long ago. Drop in to meet other people in a similar situation.and share tea, cake and most of all support. You can come to as many meetings as you feel helpful.
The group is run by 6 volunteers who have all received the appropriate training. There are usually 2 volunteers at each meeting. Everything said at the meetings is confidential.
Dinner served at 7.45pm. Both men and women welcome. Members join because of the Club’s fellowship, its diversity and the environment for giving something back. Rotary is a convivial organisation combining business and social events. It gives opportunities to meet like-minded people.

Coffee, cakes, books, bric a brac, raffle etc.
Please come and join us for an informal café including tea, coffee & cake, a little fun & laughter with games, talks, music, dance etc. Everyone is welcome, especially those with memory problems and their family supporter. The café now meets once a month.
