Gentle sporting session for people with memory problems and their family supporter. Join a friendly supportive group where you can choose from activities, such as table tennis, badminton, bowls, archery or have a coffee and a chat with other people living with or experiencing this condition.

A fun and friendly community ukulele group which meets fortnightly to play a wide range of songs. All levels welcome, as well as those who would prefer to sing along. The session is free of charge.  Call and book a place.

St Barnabas Outreach @ Henfield Hall Car Park

This project, initially funded by the Department of Health, aims to help ease the questions and worries those affected by life-limiting illnesses may have. The Hospice Outreach Project is a mobile vehicle unit which provides a flexible and accessible range of services right into the heart of the community. It is staffed by a senior nurse, who will be able to provide information and advice on all aspects of hospice care available at St Barnabas House and out in the local community. The Hospice Outreach Project also acts as an education resource for healthcare professionals and the wider community. The specialist staff work closely with community teams and local support networks to offer advice in areas of symptom management, emotional, spiritual, psychological and bereavement support for patients, their families and significant others. The aim of this project is to improve the way people access information and support related to ill health, end of life issues, life limiting illnesses and wellbeing.  All visits are subject to weather conditions.

Health & Wellbeing Checks @ Henfield Medical Centre

Horsham District Council’s Health and Wellbeing team are offering free wellbeing drop in sessions for 18+ residents of Henfield. The aim is to offer one-to-one advice, guidance and support to help you make lifestyle changes such as losing weight, eating well, becoming more active, reducing alcohol intake and stop smoking. We will also offer a free Wellbeing MOT.
