Tuesdays are about to become a lot more interesting at Henfield Haven. We are excited to introduce ‘Meet, Move and Eat’ – a time to socialise, exercise and eat great food from the delicious Café menu.
Come along from 11am and start the day with refreshments and a natter. Then at 12pm it is time for ‘Love to Move’, a seated gentle exercise class specially designed to get older people moving and functioning better. The class is suitable for everyone, including people living with dementia, Parkinson’s and other forms of cognitive impairment.
After you have worked up an appetite you can enjoy a meal or snack from the Haven Café. Transport is available in the Haven’s mini-bus within the Henfield area.
Prices are as follows:
11am to 2pm including the ‘Love to Move’ session - £10
Transport - £5
Lunch – place your order and pay in the café.
You are also welcome to come along just for the exercise class from 12pm to 1pm at a cost of £5. Carers are not charged for this session.
