Know Dementia is a Sussex based charity providing advice and support to people living with dementia and their family members/carers.
Much of the support is provided through our Memory Moments Cafés, our Sporting Moments and Woodland Moments Sessions. The charity also builds links with the local community to enable a better understanding of the disease through Dementia Action Alliances.
