16th October 19 – The Different Ways of Communicating Online
Are you confused by the multitude of methods there are of communicating with others online? Does all the Internet jargon go over your head? Are you concerned by the security issues there may be especially when using social media? If the answer is “Yes” to any or all of these questions then the talk the Computer Club has organised will be of interest to you.
The talk will give a bite size introduction to the most common methods of communicating online. For more in depth coverage, we plan to run a series of workshops. This introductory talk is open to members and those wishing to become members. The talk will last approximately 30 minutes and be followed by a Q&A session.
