The Circle Dance Group are a friendly, supportive group and all are welcome. No experience is needed but we advise you to wear clothing that is easy to move around in. We dance to lovely recorded music from all parts of the world, some of which is contemporary and some traditional. We have a Circle Dance teacher leading us fortnightly and enjoy re-visiting familiar dances on the weeks in between.
Our group has been meeting for over 20 years in Henfield and it has given our dancers a great deal of enjoyment and fulfilment over time. Circle dancing is inclusive and welcoming for people of all ages.
This group offers a great way to do some gentle exercise and to make friends. There is a £5 cost per session to cover the cost of the room and any surplus at the end of the year, we give to charity. Newcomers have their first taster session free.
