Woodmancote Place is a picturesque wedding venue in Henfield, West Sussex, UK, offering services to couples hosting their special day. This family-run historic location is steeped in history and dates back to 1086. Woodmancote Place offers couples the perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and sophistication. With unrivalled flexibility to use the grounds of the manor as you wish, Woodmancote Place offers 150 acres of possibilities. Parkland, glorious lawns and deer park, all available for the wild and whimsical, or the elegant and traditional. Boasting 3 historic lakes and a 13th-century church on the grounds, it is the ideal romantic location to tie the knot in style. The dedicated team prides themselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere where couples can create a day as unique as they are.

Woodmancote Place can host large and small weddings of up to 200 guests. There are both outdoor and indoor ceremony and reception options available. Couples can exchange vows outside on the manicured grounds, where the mature trees, landscaped gardens, and stunning countryside views provide a delightful backdrop for ceremonies and wedding photos. Several spectacular outdoor locations are available, including the front of the Regency facade manor house, the lake view lawn with amazing views of the deer park, or the manicured croquet lawn featuring incredible countryside vistas. Alternatively, couples can opt to host their ceremony and reception in a sailcloth tent or marquee, which can be erected on the grounds. You can have a celebrant service on one of our lawns or under the canopy of your chosen tent. Or a Church ceremony in St Peter’s Church, Woodmancote in our grounds.
