Henfield Community Partnership
Henfield Parish Office
Henfield Community Partnership (HCP) set up in 2005, is all about doing things that enhance the well-being of the village and its surroundings. Established in July 2005; it is now a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee.
HCP is overseen by a small Board of Directors and a Management Committee. The management committee meet on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Attendance at the AGM which is held on the 2nd Thursday in September is open to anyone in the village interested in our aim to help make Henfield a better place to live and work.
The Henfield Community Partnership will be holding its 14th Annual General Meeting at 7pm on Thursday 12 September 2019 in the Committee Room, Henfield Hall. At the meeting, the Directors will report on what has been achieved in the year ending 31 March 2019, and there will be elections to the Board and Management Committee.
Due to data protection regulations, the email addresses and other information of members who have not confirmed their membership have been deleted and they will not receive notice of the AGM by email as has been the custom in the past.
The Partnership is always looking for new members to support its activities, as well as new faces to serve on the Committee. If you are interested or would like to find out more please contact the Chairman Carol Eastwood either by email email@example.com or telephone 01273 493144 before 22 August. Membership of the Partnership is free, and individuals can sign up to join at any time. You can find out more about the Partnership at www.henfieldcp.org. Attendance at the AGM is open to anyone in the village interested in our aim to help make Henfield a better place to live and work.
If being a Committee Member is not for you, you can still help us with any of our many projects, so why not put 12 September in your diary now.
